<p>A health control system comprising a health control device (1) for acquiring the health-related information of users, and a server (2) for producing exercise menu information used as a target by users in taking exercise and advice information for users to control health. The system allows the health control device (1) to send acquired health-related information to the server (2). It allows the server (2) to produce exercise menu information before the health control device (1) acquires health-related information, and to send the produced exercise menu information to the health control device (1). In addition, it allows the server (2) to produce, after the reception of health-related information, advice information based on exercise menu information and received health-related information, and to send produced advice information to the health control device (1).</p> |
