An accuracy (precision) guarantee system for routine measurements by using clinical examination precision control samples, which involves a cooperation system between an internal precision control and an external precision assessment in terms of precision control samples in a clinical examination, and which is characterized by comprising 1) providing control software for internal precision control to facilities participating in the system (precision guarantee system: eQAP*registered trademark), 2) allowing facilities to measure a specified precision control sample during a routine examination to conduct a routine precision control, 3) collecting by the software measurements obtained in respective facilities to a data analysis department at intervals by using a wide-area information transfer tool nation-wide, 4) conducting a sum totaling and classification-based totaling on the measurements from the plurality of facilities by the data analysis department and classifying precision guarantee-related necessary statistic into intra-facility variations and inter-facility variations, and 5) providing data to eQAP participating facilities from the data analysis department by using the wide-area information transfer tool.
