PURPOSE: A plate finish mill for controlling camber is provided which controls camber generated as widthwise elongations of both end parts of a rolled plate are different during plate finish rolling, and a camber controlling method using the finish mill is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a plate finish mill controlling camber generated on a plate and comprising a pair of work rolls(11,12) which are rotated with be contacted with a thick plate(15) during rolling, and a pair of intermediate rolls(103,104) which are positioned at upper and lower parts of the pair of work rolls(11,12) to prevent deformation of the work rolls, the plate finish mill comprises a plurality of rotation bearings each of which are positioned at upper and lower parts of the pair of intermediate rolls(103,104) and rotated with being contacted with the intermediate rolls(103,104) in a length direction; a plurality of reinforcement rolls(110) equipped with a plurality of control bearings each of which are positioned between the rotation bearings, and moved up and down as freely rotating the surroundings of a rotation shaft of the rotation bearings; As-U rolls installed on side surfaces of each of the plurality of control bearings, and an As-U roll rack(150) which is in gear with the As-U rolls to move the As-U rolls up and down, wherein vertical movements of the As-U roll rack(150) is transmitted to the control bearings through the As-U roll, and rolling force applied to the plate(15) is controlled as the rotation shaft is being elastically strained according to the vertical movements of the control bearings.
