PURPOSE: A device for warning parking in a vehicle is provided to prevent an accident generated in moving a chassis downward through weight and to alarm parking without neutral range. CONSTITUTION: A device for alarming parking of a vehicle comprises a vehicle speed sensing unit(10) detecting speed of the vehicle; a shift stage detecting unit(20) sensing change of the shift stage; a starting state detecting unit(30) detecting on/off state of an engine; a brake state detecting unit(40); a slant degree detecting unit(50) sensing a slant degree of a ground; a controlling unit(60) deciding parking whether the shift stage is in a neutral range; a shift stage displaying unit(70) turning on an indicator panel displaying a position of the shift stage by being controlled through the controlling unit; and a warning sound generating unit(80). Thereby, the device for alarming the parking of the vehicle prevents an accident generated in moving a chassis downward through weight by alarming the parking without neutral range.
