A compress garment (10) for application to a body generally includes a member (12) sized and shaped for positioning onto a body and when in position conforms to and supports a body shape. A least one, preferably a multiple number of access windows (16, 18, 20, 22, 24) are disposed in the garment member for enabling dermal application and removal of a medical electrode (40). The access windows are located on the garment member at positions enabling access to pre-selected dermal areas.
