The cooker has an oven chamber (3) in an oven casing (1) closable by a door (5) and with an upper radiation window (13) for an upper heat radiation heating body (8) and a lower radiation window (27) for a lower body (21). The value transmissivity of the upper radiation window is essentially constant at least in the wavelength range of the thermal radiation from 0 to 10 microns.
