A sound absorbing panel comprises a frame, a panel, and a plurality of large and small sound absorbing barrels. The panel is formed with a plurality of adjacent tapered holes. The sound absorbing barrel has a tapered shape or a round cylinder. The frame is rectangular frame; the frame having a bottom plate; and a plurality of concave seats are installed therein. Therefore, the plurality of sound absorbing barrels are arranged on the concave seats and then they are combined by high frequency welding. Then a lid is covered thereon to be formed as a sound absorbing panel in order to remove undesired noise.
