ENDOVASCULAR PROSTHESIS DELIVERY SYSTEM

A catheter useful to deliver and orient an endovascular prosthesis with respect to a body passageway. The prosthesis comprises a first tubular membe r disposed in a proximal portion of the catheter and a second tubular member disposed in a distal portion of the catheter. The first tubular member and t he second tubular member are rotatable with respect to one another. The second tubular member comprises a device deployment element (e.g., a balloon) disposed distally thereof. A torque member is connected to the second tubula r member and is rotatable with respect to the first tubular member to cause rotation of the second tubular member with respect to the first tubular memb er.
