PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for image diagnosis support, etc., which enable diagnostic support using the detailed structure information of a diagnosis subject which is obtained from image data of high resolution. SOLUTION: In a diagnostic image acquired from the image data of the high resolution, a parameter showing the relation between the trait of a profile in the detailed structure of the diagnosis subject and a disease is digitalized and the incidence region and growth manner of a carcinoma, etc., are distinguished from this. Thus, in the case of a lung cancer diagnosis, the small adenocarcinoma of a terminal bronchiole can be distinguished from the small adenocarcinoma of a pulmonary alveoli sector using evaluation about the relation between properties or lesions of a tumor and an existing pulmonary structure with mostly corresponding to a pathology image with a loupe and a cell type classification candidate is automatically extracted from the image findings of the small adenocarcinoma.
