<p>Suitable on-use charging depending on the protection or use method of a content is carried out. A system for encoding an image or a content composed of computer-readable data by means of a computer system by performing a step of designating charging information concerning the consideration of use of the content, attribute information concerning the control of the use of the content, and information for creating the body of the content and sample data on the content, a step of assembling content data according to the designated above information into a package, a step of designating the location where the content is stored, and a step of storing the data package in an information storage medium. The stored data includes the sample data on the content, the data on the content body, the charging information concerning the consideration of the use of the content, the attribute information for controlling the use of the content, and a unique ID for identifying the content.</p> |
