Device consists of an extraction device mounted near bottom of a container (1) holding cryogenic liquid. Extraction device has a stand pipe (2) mounted in container's bottom region with a vertically movable conical spindle (8) in its floor outlet tube (3). The spindle is rotatably mounted by an internally threaded seal (5) and vertically adjustable with a rotary knob and shaft arrangement (6,7).
