<p>The invention concerns a measuring method and a platform for collecting data concerning the quality of voice communications transmitted by a telecommunication network. The method consists in: setting up (1) a first connection, respectively a second connection, between a first experimenter, respectively a second experimenter, and a platform; abutting (2) the first connection with the second connection using the platform to set up a communication between the two experimenters and to enable them to converse, the platform intercepting in the communication to acquire data concerning the communication; collecting (3) the viewpoints of the experimenters on their perception of the quality level observed during their conversation; evaluating (4) with the platform, the coherence between the collected data and between the nominal conditions of experimentation and the nominal quality level associated with the current test; determining (5) the conduct of the current test on the basis of the test plan and the result of the evaluation. The platform comprises: calculating means; means for accessing the telecommunication network connected to the calculating means, and signal processing means connected to the means for accessing the telecommunication network.</p> |
