Preferred Features: The electrodes are made from chromium and/or chromium oxide. Chromium layers (3', 4') of thickness 50 mu m are formed on solid electrolyte material between the inner wall (2) of the outlet and the electrodes. A metal insert, preferably a wire net, is arranged on the side of the electrodes away from the solid electrolyte material. An electrically insulating material (6) made from aluminum oxide, zirconium dioxide, or mullite is arranged between the ends of the opening (1) and the electrodes.
