A catheter useful to deliver and orient an endovascular prosthesis with respect to a body passageway. The prosthesis comprises a first tubular member disposed in a proximal portion of the catheter and a second tubular member disposed in a distal portion of the catheter. The first tubular member and the second tubular member are rotatable with respect to one another. The second tubular member comprises a device deployment element (e.g., a balloon) disposed distally thereof. A torque member is connected to the second tubular member and is rotatable with respect to the first tubular member to cause rotation of the second tubular member with respect to the first tubular member.
