PURPOSE: A servo stopper apparatus is provided to process rods having various lengths, to reduce the loading time of the rods by installing the servo stopper apparatus at a rear side of a spindle chuck. CONSTITUTION: A servo stopper apparatus is installed at a rear side of a spindle chuck(11), which rotates rods for processing both ends of the rods, to manage the rods by measuring the whole length of the rods. The servo stopper apparatus includes a driving motor(21) for generating a driving force, a nut section(22) rotated by receiving the driving force from the driving motor(21), a ball screw(24) moving lengthwise caused by the rotation of the nut section(22), a push guide(27) and push bar which are moved by the movement of the ball screw(24), a tube(29) slidably installed along an inner diameter of the push guide(27), and a chuck cylinder(25) for rotatably supporting the tube(29).
