PURPOSE: A load limiter of a vehicular seat belt is provided to reduce impact by the seat belt applied to a driver upon vehicular collision by providing an inner periphery of a hollow portion of a spool with a press unit for pressing shock absorbing materials relative to the hollow portion. CONSTITUTION: A load limiter of a vehicular seat belt comprises a housing(21), a hollow and cylindrical spool(23), a windup spring(22), a rotating bar(24) coupled with a hollow portion of the spool, a rotating plate(25) coupled to the rotating bar, and a locking unit(26). The cylindrical spool is rotatably installed to inside of the housing, and a webbing is wound around the spool. The windup spring is installed to be connected with the spool so as to rotate the same. The locking unit consists of a sensor and a stopper for restraining the rotating plate. A screw portion(241) is formed to an outer circumference of the rotating bar. A small-diameter portion(242) is formed after the screw portion. A ring type press member(28) is coupled with the screw portion. Shock absorbing material is installed between the press member and the rotating bar.
