<p>A method of sterilizing an antibody-containing milk wherein an antibody-containing milk obtained from a bovine animal having been sensitized with one or more antigens selected from among pathogens and metabolites thereof and thus producing antibody (antibodies) in vivo is sterilized, characterized by comprising filtering defatted milk through a microfilter composed of a filter membrane made up of fine ceramic particles, having filter pores and being 40 to 150 νm in thickness, and a support. Namely, a method whereby miscellaneous bacteria in an antibody-containing milk can be efficiently eliminated by sterile filtration to an almost aseptic level while maintaining the antibody activity; immunopotentiators containing the thus sterilized antibody-containing milk; and foods, drinks, etc. containing the antibody-containing milk.</p> |
