<p>An information providing method by which a sender appropriately grasps the content of a request of a recipient and sends information on a worker most suitable for the recipient. A server (100) sends an initial screen to a sender (200) and a recipient (300) (S101), and the sender (200) confirms the content of the request of the recipient (300) by using communication means (500) such as a telephone and selects a most suitable worker (S202). The server (100) sends an image of the selected most suitable worker to the sender (200) and the recipient (300). The worker is changed as necessary (S203, S204).</p> |
