A set of odd numbered data pads (Dp1,Dp3,...,Dpn-1) in a pad region (P) extend from respective odd numbered data lines (D1,D3,Dn-1) in a cell region (C). A set of even numbered data pads (Dp2,Dp4,...Dpn) are formed below and parallel to the odd numbered data pads along the direction of odd numbered data lines and connect with respective even numbered data lines (D2,D4,..Dn). The data pads arranged in the pad region form a single bank structure. An independent claim is included for liquid crystal display panel manufacturing method.
