Production of a sprayable emulsion comprises: (I) 2-35 wt.% oil phase; (II) 50-95 wt.% aqueous phase; (III) up to 10 wt.% emulsifiers (including oil-in-water emulsifiers and optionally water-in-oil emulsifiers); and (IV) homogenizing the ingredients in a rotor-stator mixer at /-2500 rpm for at least 4 minutes.
