发明名称 OPERATION METHOD FOR EARLY LOWERING CONTENT OF SILICON IN HOT METAL AFTER REPAIRING OF FURNACE WALL
摘要 PURPOSE: An operation method is provided which adjusts blast increasing rate and ore increasing rate in blast furnace operation factors to early increase temperature of hot metal substantially lowered after repairing of the furnace wall and efficiently lower the content of silicon. CONSTITUTION: In an operation method lowering the content of silicon in hot metal after performing repairing of the furnace wall during a blast stopping period of 25 to 30 hours, the operation method comprises the steps of increasing blowing energy by closing a part of tuyere of a blast furnace so that air volume early reaches normal air volume and opening closed tuyere so as to perform breaking operation; early increasing temperature of hot melt by increasing pulverized coal injection ratio so that temperature of dead man portion of the blast furnace is quickly increased and increasing oxygen enrichment volume so that drop speed of charging materials is retarded; and increasing a ratio of ore to coke in an appropriate rate after temperature of the hot metal is increased up to 1500 deg.C.
