PURPOSE: A torsion bar supporting apparatus of a trunk lid is provided to support a torsion bar firmly, and to open and close the trunk lid conveniently and efficiently by elastically moving up and down a clip. CONSTITUTION: A torsion bar supporting apparatus of a trunk lid is composed of a support panel(60) fixed in an outer panel(51) with a hole(60a); a holder ring(73) having a nut in the middle between the support panel and an inner panel(55); a clip holder(75) assembling with the holder ring through an assembling hole(55a) of the inner panel by a bolt in the outer periphery and having a hollow; a holder cap(71) assembled with the clip holder; a clip unit(80) extended in the lower part of the inner panel by inserting to the clip holder, and moved up and down along the clip holder by inserting a torsion bar(65); and a return spring(88) supported by the holder cap to supply elastic force to the clip unit. The torsion bar is supported firmly with moving up and down the clip, and the trunk lid is opened and closed conveniently.
