PRODUCTION PROCESS OF ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY BAIT WITH SQUID INTERNALS USED

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of an environment-friendly bait with squid internals used which commercializes the wasted squid internals as the bait for fishing so that it helps to prevent environment contamination and reduces waste cost. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the environment-friendly bait with the squid internals used comprises the steps of: (i) eliminating inky water and fat part among squid internals and just selecting dark yellow internals; (ii) digesting the selected internals into 3-35% acetic solution and one solution selected from seawater at 0-10deg.C for 10-60 seconds; and (iii) cutting the digested internals as the bait form for fishing.
