JOINT FITTING

A fitting (10 and 20) for connecting two components (70 and 80) is provided, wherein the fitting includes an adapter (10) and a bushing (20). The adapter includes a thread end (12) and a female collar (14). The bushing includes a smooth male end (24), adapted to engage the interior of the adapter, a threaded end (22) and a stop shoulder (27). The female collar of the adapter is provided with screws (50) to engage and secure the adapter to the bushing.
