<p>A telephone answering system that operates when a called mobile station is not in a condition that it can receive the calls made by calling stations. The telephone answering system produces particular information when the called mobile station is not in a condition that it can receive the calls. This particular information is used to help the user of the called mobile station identify the calling stations when the called mobile station recovers the condition that it can receive the calls. The particular information may be, for example, the phone numbers of the calling stations. The telephone answering system produces call-in history information by associating the above particular information with identification information about the called mobile station, and holds the produced call-in history information. When the called mobile station recovers the condition that it can receive the calls, the telephone answering system sends the held call-in history information to the called mobile station.</p> |
