<p>The garage includes a motor mounted in the side pillar of the door, with horizontal shaft turning a lever which acts on the door, this lever being mounted on the side, improving accessibility. The pivoting garage door (10) is operated by at least one motor and gear drive unit (30,31) rigidly mounted within one of the uprights of the door frame. The motor and gear unit form with the door an integral assembly ready to install. The motor provides a transverse driven shaft aligned with the axis of rotation (17) of the lever (16) which transmits the movement to the door. The axis of rotation of this lever is also directly coupled to a compensation device consisting of either a spring or a gas cylinder to balance the weight of the pivoting door.</p> |
