The frame on a column (10) forms a horizontal, pivotable parallelogram outlier (11), with an outlier tip (12) at its free end. With a horizonal pivot movement of the parallelogram outlier, the angle level is kept horizontal. A clamp (13) is coupled to the free end of the outlier tip, relative to it, about a horizontal rotation of the tip. The parallelogram outlier is pivotable by a lifting cylinder (18). The cylinder is connected by its first end to the column or the frame structure, and by its other end to the outlier outside the swivel axis, preferably to the side turned away from the outlier tip.
