PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for discharging powder, in which the discharging flow rate of powder to be discharged can be easily controlled and the powder smoothly discharged. SOLUTION: The device 1 for discharging powder is composed of an upper vessel 2 having an opening 21 and a lower vessel 3 receiving the powder 4 to be discharged. The upper vessel 2 has a slant part 22 slanting continuously to become small toward the downward. In the lower vessel 3, a fluidized layer 31 constituted by suspending and fluidizing the powder 4 by gas and a free board part 32 are formed. In the slant part 22 of the upper vessel 2, the tilt angleαis not less than the angle of repose of the powder 4. The bottom end 222 of the slant part 22 is provide with the opening 21 and a flow control valve 5 which controls the discharging flow rate of the powder 4.
