PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer which increases a propagation speeds of microorganisms, reduces a disposal time of garbage by accelerating microbiological metabolic material (enzyme) reactions, and materializes downsizing. SOLUTION: Regarding a garbage disposer which is equipped with a garbage decomposer by microorganism and an infrared ray generator in addition to garbage decomposition and composting, the wavelengths of infrared rays generated by the infrared ray generator are preset to be 1.5μm-14μm to increase the propagation speed of the microorganism and accelerate an enzymatic reaction.
