PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for integrating manufacturing, recycling and plate making of a roll to be set up for gravure printing. SOLUTION: Following roll processes are simultaneously introduced into a factory and arranged so that an automatic plate-making is performed; a direct plate type roll process in which a new aluminum roll is manufactured, pre-processed, copper-sulfate plated, and cylinder-polished for finishing; a further direct plate type roll process in which plate-making of pictures/patterns for finishing is added; a bailed plated type roll process in which a new aluminum roll is manufactured, pre-processed, copper-sulfate plated, cylinder-polished, balled processed, balled plated and cylinder-polished for finishing; a further balled type roll process in which plate-making of pictures/patterns for finishing is added; a direct plate type recycling process in which a direct plate type recycling roll is dechromed, plate-removed, pre-processed, copper-sulfate plated and cylinder-polished for finishing; and a further direct plate type roll process in which plate-making of pictures/patterns is added for finishing.
