FILTER WITH RELEAF VALVE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter with a relief valve capable of widely ensuring the filtering area of the screen of a filter member and capable of stably operating the relief valve. SOLUTION: A filter member 23 demarcating a casing 27 into an inflow side and an outflow side and the relief valve 30 opened when the pressure difference between the inflow side and the outflow side becomes a predetermined value or more are provided to the casing 27 having an inflow port 22 and an outflow port 21. A bypass passage 34 is formed to a part of the screen 24 through which oil passes of the filter member 23. The relief valve 30 for opening and closing the bypass passage 34 is integrally attached to the screen 24 and also attached to the casing 27.
