PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base plate decorating sheet capable of shielding radio wave coming from the outside and discharging static electricity by securing contact of a conductive layer with a nail when punching by the nail. SOLUTION: A transparent film 1, a pattern displaying layer 2, backing paper 3, and the conductive layer 4 are laminated in this order from the front side, and a base sheet 5 is laminated on the back side of the conductive layer 4. The base sheet 5, when the base plate decorating sheet is punched by the nail, prevents intruding of the backing paper 3 into a gap between the nail and the conductive layer 4, so that contact between the nail and the conductive layer 4 can be secured.
