PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service support device for a battery fork lift capable of performing troubleshooting in a short time. SOLUTION: A controller furnished with a list of troubleshooting examples about the battery fork lift and a memory in which the phenomenon vs. cause data corresponding to each example in the list is stored, displays the list on a liquid crystal display in conformity to the displaying signal for the list given from a keyboard and also displays thereon the phenomenon vs. cause data corresponding to the example in conformity to the selecting signal for any troubleshooting example in the list. According to this constitution, the cause of the trouble can be determined by confirming the trouble phenomenon displayed, and thus the trouble can be solved.
