PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input chute to fill PET(polyethylene terephtalate) resin material put in a flexible container bag into a bulk container provided by inclining its input port upward and its discharge port downward. SOLUTION: A cylindrical tubular body 2 is supported on a frame 1 on which a flexible container bag is placed a slide tube 3 a lower end part of which is inserted into the input port 13 is hung on the frame 1 by a spring balancer 5 by fitting and inserting it from below. A bellows type tubular sheet 9 is provided between an arm 8 of the tubular body 2 and an arm 4 of the slide tube 3, the sheet 9 extends and contracts in accordance with elevation of the slide tube 3 and foreign matter is prevented from intermixing from between the tubular body 2 and the slide tube 3.
