PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an absorptive product which can manufacture the absorptive product capable of being steadily conveyed. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method contains a folding-in step S1 which folds in a first end part 301 and a second end part 302 in the short-hand direction of a belt-like material 500 toward a center surface material 8 side, and a temporarily adhering step S2 which cuts the belt-like material 500 formed by folding in the first end part 301 and the second end part 302 to the length in a prescribed merchandise unit about the longitudinal direction of the belt-like material 500, and temporarily adheres the first end part 301 and the second end part 302 to a remaining part 303 excepting the first end part 301 and the second end part 302 by the heat generated by cutting.
