PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a housing space under a top plate of a washing and dressing table, and at the same time improve the appearance. SOLUTION: The housing space S is formed in a region under the top plate 2 of this washbasin cabinet 1. Then, in the upper region on this side in the housing space S, an optional bar 10 comprising a rod body is provided. On the optional bar 10, a screening member such as a cloth or a drape is hung, and housed articles can be hidden from the outside. The pattern or the material of the fabric or the drape can be properly selected to impart a desired design. Since the fabric or the drape can be optionally replaced, washing or changing the appearance by replacing with the one of another design can be easily performed. Utensils such as a floor mat, a cleaning brush, and a duster which are frequently used, or need to be dried when not being used can be housed by hanging. The optional bar 10 is detachable from the housing space S, and the front of the housing space S can be widened when the optional bar 10 is not required.
