PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair which can go up and down even the place where there is a bump by simple and easy structure. SOLUTION: In the invention, the main axis 2 is equipped with the main wheel 1 which can rotate, the main pole 3 and the bottom pole 5 and so on comprise the main frame, and the front wheel 8 is equipped with the bottom pole 5. And the main frame is equipped with the main axis 2 so that the frame can rotate, and the step 10 which can turn is equipped with the extreme right of the bottom pole 5.
