PURPOSE: An experimentation and practice system at internet is provided to help a user studying through the experimentation and practice on the Internet by making the user actually check the processes of an experiment and a practice on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: An experiment is made into the moving picture data via a moving picture program, and the data are stored in a computer DB. A user orders the moving picture data by using a computer and connects to a site by registering as a member. The user selects the conditions of the experiment by using an index. The moving pictures are displayed depending on the selected conditions. The moving picture program is for moving picture display on the Internet. The display and supply of the moving pictures are performed via a computer on the Internet. The change processes and the change of the situations in an experiment are used regardless of time.
