PURPOSE: A movable twist guide apparatus is provided in which guide rolls are proceeded toward a subsequent rolling mill as the guide rolls are being rotated with being engaged with a material to be processed so that the material to be processed is transferred to a rolling mill guide after correcting a twist angle of the material to be processed. CONSTITUTION: The movable twist guide apparatus comprises a movable guide unit part which is consisted of a roller case(1) rotating guide rollers(5), and outlet and inlet cases(12,16) helping proceeding of a material to be processed, and on which the power generation part is mounted; a power generation part rotating the guide rollers(5) by gears(2,22) of the roller case(1); a moving unit part which is moved back and forth by a cylinder(29), moves the movable guide unit part, and backward and forward directions of which are equalized by racks(18), pinion, sleeve(13) and sleeve bars(32); and a control part which is consisted of sensors operating a cylinder and a motor(25) by sensing a proceeding material to be processed, a limit switch(20) for controlling moving position of the movable guide unit part, and a control system(34) controlling movements of the roller case(1) by the limit switch(20).
