PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole having moisture retention brought about by adequate moisture absorption-heat generation. SOLUTION: The insole is constituted by using a fiber structure wherein a coefficient of exothermic energy generated by moisture absorption is >=5 and <=30.
