PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for enhancement of the operator comfort whereby the parameters of the object to be driven are tuned so that the driving comfortableness of each user is met. SOLUTION: The system is furnished with a terminal unit device 50 to be installed on the side with object to be driven and a control device 70 to make communications with terminal unit device, wherein the control device calculates as the optimum value control parameter, the value of the control parameter which assures enhancement of the driving comfortableness of the operator on the basis of the control parameter data, operator moving mode data D20 received from the terminal unit device, the operational data Dθand Dβand the driving data and transmits to the terminal unit device an order signal D50 whereon the control parameter is changed into the optimum value control parameter, while the terminal unit device changes the control parameter of the object to be driven into the optimum value control parameter in response to the received order signal.
