PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig replacing device for replacing a jig mounted on a work station by using a replacing truck provided freely movably on a moving route which passes through the replacing position adjacent to the work station, wherein a jig can be replaced without intervention of a work robot even though a work robot is provided on the side of the replacing position in. SOLUTION: A support block 19 moving integral with a replacing truck 17 is provided, in which a welding robot 15 disposed on the side of the replacing position 2c is mounted on the support block 19.
