PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service support device for a battery fork lift allowing even an unskilled operator to solve eventual trouble in a short time. SOLUTION: A controller of this service support device displays the trouble history data on a liquid crystal display, and if any trouble is selected from the trouble history data through a keyboard manipulation, determines the data of the electric component presumed as the cause of trouble and displays in the liquid crystal display, and if electric component is selected from the data of electric components through keyboard manipulation, determines the inspecting method for the selected electric component and displays it in the liquid crystal display. According to this constitution, checking whether the electric component presumed as the cause of trouble is in failure can be conducted by the displayed electric component inspecting method, and in case of failure, and can be followed to the order for necessary component for restitution.
