METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PIPE MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a pipe made of a synthetic resin having no taper on an inner surface of the pipe by batch molding such as a reactive injection molding, cast molding or the like. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the pipe made of a synthetic resin comprises the steps of filling a resin composition in an air gap C formed by disposing an inner mold 2 in an outer mold 1. The method further comprises the steps of breaking the mold 2 after molding the pipe by using the mold 2 (e.g. the inner mold made of paper) capable of breaking or shrinkage deforming to release the molding from the inner mold.
