PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a cutting blade tool made from combined materials, which is excellent in hardness, strength and tenacity. SOLUTION: A mixed powder of metallic particles and nonoxide ceramics particles is molded into a molding body and, the molding body is sintered to a porous sintered compact. After having impregnated the porous sintered compact in a catalyzer-containing solution, a coating membrane is formed on a surface of the porous sintered compact. Furthermore, the porous sintered compact, on which coating membrane is formed, is resintered in a atmosphere of nitrogenous for densification to effect a cutting blade tool manufactured by combined materials as a finished product.
