PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress cover which can be put over a mattress in a short period of time without requiring much labor. SOLUTION: Hand insertion holes 5 are provided respectively on the opposite edges of a neck portion 2 of a cylindrical mattress cover body 1, at the bottom portion 3 thereof an opening 4 for insertion of a mattress is provided so that hands can be inserted from both the sides of the cover body 1. The mattress is pulled into the cover body 1 from the opening 4 by means of both the hands inserted respectively from the holes 5, and hence the cover can be put over the mattress.
