A method and an apparatus for manufacturing solid fuel are provided to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce the manufacturing apparatus, by using one molding device instead of an air blower, a storage tank, a combustor, and a dust collector. Combustible waste is selected by a selector(4), and then crushed and pulverized by a crusher(9) and a pulverizer(10). The crushed and pulverized matter is pre-heated by a hot blower connected to a screw conveyor(19). The pre-heated matter is molded through heating and compressing by inner and outer heaters of a molding device(22). The molded matter is again pulverized, and then combusting agents are mixed into the pulverized matter. The resultant matter is remolded through heating and compressing by the molding device. The remolded matter is cut by a cutter(26), wherein the cutter is installed at an end of an air cylinder. The air cylinder is operated by air supplied from a cooling supply device and a compressor. |
