CYLINDRICAL STRAINER AND USE METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter capable of inexpensively manufacturing muddy water with the maximum particle size of 0.1-0.5 mm by a simple structure, easy to use and suitable for mass-production, and a use method thereof. SOLUTION: A cylindrical strainer 1 is formed by covering the body part 16 of a cylindrical skeletal frame, which has collar parts 11a, 11b connected to inflow piping 2 and outflow piping 3 at both ends thereof, with a metal net 12 having a predetermined sieve opening. The metal net part 12 having the predetermined sieve opening is opened to the atmosphere and the cylindrical strainer 1 is placed horizontally or in a state sloping down on the downstream side thereof when used and muddy water to be treated is passed through the pipe of the cylindrical strainer so that the level of muddy water in the pipe becomes a water level of 30-70% and a falling filtrate is collected as filtered muddy water.
