A assembling type connector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable each connector pin to be integrally assembled by a guide bar or a tension bar, thereby having no need of a mole for manufacturing a housing, which is made from plastics to fix the connector pins, and realizing the connector with a narrow pitch. A plurality of connector pins(110) forms an elastic contact portion and a soldering portion to be respectively in electric contact in the upper and lower parts of a main body. The soldering portion is soldered on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(140). A through hole is formed in the center of the main body. An opening portion is formed to open the through hole in a side of the main body. An align bar(120) has a plurality of slit grooves which matches the pad pattern of a sub board to be electrically connected. The connector pins are aligned in the same pitch as the pad pattern of the sub board as the elastic contact portion of the connector pins is inserted into the slit grooves one to one. A tension bar(130) is inserted into the opening portion of the connector pins aligned by the align bar in order to assemble the plurality of connector pins into a single body.
