A PDP(Plasma Display Panel) is provided to facilitate a manufacturing process of the PDP by enabling a user to easily couple a cover member with a chassis of the PDP. A chassis(120) is arranged to be substantially parallel to a PDP behind the PDP. A circuit portion is arranged behind the chassis and generates an electrical signal for driving the PDP. Plural signal transfer members transmit electrical signals from the circuit portion to the PDP. The signal transfer members are arranged to be apart from each other along an upper or lower edge of the chassis. A cover member(160) is arranged to cover at least one portion of the signal transfer members. At least one first coupling part is bent on the chassis toward the cover member at a predetermined height. A concave second coupling part is formed on the cover member, such that at least one portion of the first coupler is inserted into the second coupler.
